• 1 in 4 women and 1 in 9 men will experience intimate partner violence, often leading them to seek emergency accommodation and putting them at risk of further instability.

• Nearly 3 million people in Pennsylvania live below the poverty line, many just one crisis away from losing their housing.

• Natural disasters, like Hurricane Ida, displaced over 14,000 individuals in 2021 alone, forcing many to seek temporary shelter.

We offer safe, affordable, and supportive housing solutions tailored to individuals in urgent need of both temporary and long-term accommodations. Our rental spaces are designed with flexibility and inclusivity to meet the diverse needs of vulnerable populations, including immigrants, survivors of domestic violence, the displaced, and those experiencing economic or personal hardship.
