Who Qualifies:
Acceptable Criminal History w/ no history of offenders or violent crimes
Must have an active source of income
Credit score is not a factor however individual will be asked to explain
Ability to contact individuals’ previous verified landlords for references
Must intend to stay min 3 months
Must be able to obtain renters insurance
No pets allowed (for room rentals)
Couples are permitted for rooms w/ private bathrooms
1 adult and 1 child under 18 allowed
1 adult only for rooms w/ shared bath
***Official applications will be sent after the one-on-one interview, provided Dreaming Inn feels confident in moving forward with the applicant.
How it Works
1.Fill out Prescreen Application
Gathering information is the first step in this relationship. Help us get to know you.
2. A Scheduled Conference Call
This is the perfect opportunity for us to get a preview as to what the future holds. When we have availability, we’ll be sure to contact you for an interview.
3. Rental Application
Fill out an application and pay 50$ for credit, criminal, eviction report and income verification. An email will be sent within 3 business days regarding the decision to move forward.
4. Sign & Pay
Pay the deposit, sign your lease and make your 1st rental payment.
5. Move In
You’re good to go!
