Therefore, anyone who joins our community will be vetted with this in mind

Who Qualifies:

  • Acceptable Criminal History w/ no history of offenders or violent crimes

  • Must have an active source of income

  • Credit score is not a factor however individual will be asked to explain

  • Ability to contact individuals’ previous verified landlords for references

  • Must be able to obtain renters insurance

  • No pets allowed (for room rentals)

***Official applications will be sent after the one-on-one interview, provided Dreaming Inn feels confident in moving forward with the applicant.


 

How it Works

1.Fill out Prescreen Application

Gathering information is the first step in this relationship. Help us get to know you.


2. Rental Application

Once pre-approved we’ll invite you to complete an application and pay 50$ for credit, criminal, eviction report and income verification. An email will be sent within 2 business days regarding the decision to move forward.


3. A Scheduled Conference Call

Nice to meet you! Let us match a face to an application. We want to know if you’ll be a great fit for our community.


4. Sign & Pay

Sign your lease, pay your rent, obtain your renters insurance & you’re ready to move in.


5. Move In

You’re good to go!

Our Community Manager will make contact with you and be your direct reference for everything!
